Hi, my name is Ella. I’m a writer, editorial curator and social media manager. I’m obsessed with art feuds, socio-politics, films and online discourse. I’m also a strong believer that the only way out is through.
✓ I run corporate social media accounts focusing on strategy, storytelling, and consistency.
✓ I manage PR initiatives for fashion and marketing agencies, building brand visibility through media outreach, press releases, influencer collaborations, and strategic event placement.
✓ Whether it’s a website copy or ad ad, I write what works.
✓ I conceptualize and develop campaign narratives for luxury fashion collections, translating cultural inspiration into cohesive messaging, visual direction, and creative references.
Notably developed the “Amazigha: The Mountain Daughter” campaign concept for House Of Yamina, producing the theme, storytelling framework, and moodboards that guided both design inspiration and campaign imagery.

So Julia is a self-proclaimed magazine and a creative child of mine. There was a point in my life when I felt as though the creative industry was gatekept from me specifically, for a reason I have yet to figure out. Pretending that I was already “in” became my way of coping with the discouragement, until it eventually landed me a job.
Now that I get to do creative work for a living, every time I sit down to write for So Julia, I am reminded that spare time, health and passion towards anything are in fact privilege.

Le Journal is my second child and House Of Yamina‘s fashion blog, a young luxury brand dedicated to and inspired by North African women.
